How long does production take?
The production time will depend on your quantity. For an order of 500 umbrellas, we will finish it in no more than 25 days.

What file formats do you accept?
In order to better complete the order, we accept artwork in AI and PDF format.

Do you provide design assistance?
If you don't have artwork, we can provide design services and we will charge a design fee. If it is a single color logo on the canopy, we charge $30, if it is a multi-color logo on the canopy, we charge $50, if it is a full color printing on the canopy, we charge $150.
